What is it?

Przelewy24 is a domestic POLish Internet service that facilitates the transfer of funds for payments between customers and sellers. Przelewy24 guarantees merchants payment without the risk of chargebacks and is Poland’s most widely used internet payment method. Poland ranks 8th of the top 10 Internet countries in Europe with an online user penetration rate of 58% of the population (22.5 million people).

How does it work?

When making a payment online at a participating merchant, the consumer selects Przelewy24 as the payment method and authorizes a transfer. The transaction funds are then directly taken out of the consumer’s Przelewy24 account, or if no funds are available, then the consumer will have to load their account with one of the available loading methods. Upon successful processing of a payment, Przelewy24 then informs the merchant of the payment and transfers the funds.
